4.09.C. Sign Permit
 Application for a Sign Permit
1.   An application for a sign permit must be accompanied by the permit fee and shall include such information as necessary to ensure compliance with City ordinances, including but not limited to:
a)   A completed application form.
b)   Scaled and/or dimensioned plans of the sign(s) which clearly show how the sign(s) will be constructed.
c)   A Site Plan of:
i)         The location of the sign relative to property lines, easements, setbacks, buildings and other structures.
ii)        Other existing and proposed signs on the property and, where the sign is a Billboard Sign, the location of the sign in relation to other billboards, civic uses, and residential districts.

2.   The Building Official has the power to revoke permits at any time for failure to comply with any sign regulation of the City. In such cases, all work on the sign must immediately cease, except the work necessary to remove the portion of the sign or sign structure that has been erected.
